Definitions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The seller is Kaffi LYST ehf. ID: 570107-0700, Grenilundur 15, 600 Akureyri. The buyer is the one listed as buyer during purchase. If the buyer\u2019s name is not listed during purchase, it will be considered whoever pays for the purchase. The buyer must be 16 years of age to use the online store.<\/p>\n\n

Use of Personal Data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The seller is obliged to handle all information as confidential and is only used to finalize purchases. If the purchase is made through a payment portal, i.e. credit card service, the conditions set by the credit card company apply. The personal information handed to credit card companies are never handed to the seller. <\/p>\n\n

The seller will never hand out information regarding transactions to third parties, except when required to do so by law, i.e. to the tax authorities.<\/p>\n\n

Payment Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

– Safe credit card service. <\/p>\n\n

Rights of Return \u2013 Products\/Foodstuff<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

For all products, except for foodstuffs, the following applies:<\/p>\n\n

Products can be returned for 14 days after purchase.<\/p>\n\n

To return a product it must be in its original packaging and said packaging can not have been broken.<\/p>\n\n

The buyer shall inform the seller of the return and the buyer is responsible for any cost that might be incurred by said return, e.g. costs for delivery.<\/p>\n\n

Right of return do not apply for foodstuffs. Food needs specific treatment, depending on each item. Due to this, the seller cannot receive food after purchase has been made.<\/p>\n\n

If the product is faulty or spoiled, or is found to be faulty at first use, it can be exchanged for the same product. If said product is not available, the buyer can choose a similar product or wish for a full refund. If a similar product is chosen, the buyer will pay any difference in price that may be present. <\/p>\n\n

Rights of Return \u2013 Events<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

The buyer can return tickets for events for up to 14 days after purchase. If the ticket is bought within 14 days from event, then the ticket cannot be returned.<\/p>\n\n

If an event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the seller is obliged to reimburse the buyer for event tickets. <\/p>\n\n

The time of reimbursement depends on the credit card service and might vary. <\/p>\n\n

If an event is cancelled and rescheduled for another day on the same time mark, the buyer can choose to have a valid ticket for the new event or ask for reimbursement, as mentioned above. gr. 5.2.<\/p>\n\n

The seller may charge a \u2018no show fee\u2019 if the buyer does not show up for an event they have purchased. <\/p>\n\n

Price changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

All prices listed on sellers online store are in Icelandic Crowns, including VAT \u2013 either 11% or 24%.<\/p>\n\n

Prices may change without notice, i.e. because of wrong information or registration. Price changes that are made after an order has been confirmed are not recoverable, except in the case that a typographical error or a wrong registration has been made.<\/p>\n\n

We will inform the buyer if a product has been ordered but is not available in stock and will offer to send the product when it becomes available. If the product is unavailable indefinitely or for an extended period of time, the seller may fully reimburse the order if payment has been made and the purchase cancelled.<\/p>\n\n

Delivery Time<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

After an order has been made and payment has been processed, the seller commits to transfer the items for shipping within 1-3 days. If the item is not in stock, the buyer will be notified.<\/p>\n\n

Shipping methods and delivery cost<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

Orders can be picked up at sellers\u2019 location. <\/p>\n\n

Orders are sent to buyers via postal services when requested.<\/p>\n\n

We use the following postal services:<\/p>\n\n

– P\u00f3sturinn (pick-up at the post office or at a postal box \u2013 package to your door).<\/p>\n\n

A delivery charge is added to the products price at the end of the ordering process and before a payment is made.<\/p>\n\n

Disagreements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

If a disagreement arises from business transactions it shall be sent to and resolved by the District Court of Northeast Iceland.<\/p>\n\n
