About LYST
LYST opened in one of the most beautiful houses in the country on the initiative of chef Reynir Gretarsson in April 2022. Reynir had worked in various restaurants in Iceland and abroad as well as managing production at the chocolate manufacturer OMNOM, before he moved north to open his own restaurant.
